2.1. The competition is open to business owners of metropolitan QLD, NSW, VIC aged 18 and over.

3.1. The competition will be promoted across social media, the company website, and newsletters.
3.2. Participants must enter their details (Full Name, Mobile, Email, and Services, Postcode) on the competition landing page.
3.3. Participants must follow our Instagram and Facebook pages to be eligible.
3.4. Only one entry per person is allowed.

4.1. The competition launches on February, 2025.
4.2. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Wednesdau, 31 December, 2025.

6.1. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
6.2. The draw will take place on Thursday 1 January, 2026, and the winner will be notified within 7 days via the contact details provided upon entry.
6.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, DigitalflowU reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

7.1. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
7.2. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
