DigitalflowU business growth competition terms and conditions

1. Introduction
   1.1. The competition is organised by DigitalflowU.
   1.2. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
   2.1. The competition is open to business owners of metropolitan QLD, NSW, VIC aged 18 and over.
   2.2. Employees of DigitalflowU, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
   3.1. The competition will be promoted across social media, the company website, and newsletters.
   3.2. Participants must enter their details (Full Name, Mobile, Email, and Services, Postcode) on the competition landing page.
   3.3. Participants must follow our Instagram and Facebook pages to be eligible.
   3.4. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Competition Period
   4.1. The competition launches on January, 2025.
   4.2. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM on Monday 31 March, 2025.

5. Prize
   5.1. The prize includes:
   Services such as Branding, Content, Automated Workflow Systems, Email Marketing, SEO and Web design
   Total prize value: $9,999.00
   5.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   6.1. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
   6.2. The draw will take place on Thursday 1 April, 2025, and the winner will be notified within 7 days via the contact details provided upon entry.
   6.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, DigitalflowU reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. Publicity
   7.1. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
   7.2. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation.
8. Limitation of Liability
   8.1.DigitalflowU accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
   8.2. DigitalflowU is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
9. General
   9.1. DigitalflowU reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
   9.2. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
